This is a beginner-friendly course. It is recommended that you start the course on a Monday, as the course is designed keeping this in mind.
There are a number of props that are recommended for this course. A link for each of these props will be provided below. It is not necessary for you to have these props, but it is recommended that you use these and perform the asanas as you go along this 30-day journey. There are alternative props specified in each lesson that requires these props.
