At-studio Classes



  • Ladies-only studio to help you ladies be comfortable while you get fit
  • Learn everything from Yoga to Power Yoga and much more
  • Exercise with various props like dumbbells, resistance tubes, ankle weights, gym balls, medicine balls, mini bands and much more
  • Only bring yourself to the classes, we will take care of the rest
  • Start with basic exercises and see yourself progress over time
  • Guaranteed results with body toning, inches and weight loss
  • Professional, trained and friendly instructors at your disposal
  • Any queries/problems can be immediately addressed
  • These classes are taken by the founder herself as well

3 Yoga classes a week i.e. 12 Yoga classes a month


Batch 1 Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9.15 AM to 10.15 PM
Batch 2 Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6.00 PM to 7.00 PM
Batch 3 Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 7.00 AM to 8.00 AM
Batch 4 Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 11.30 AM to 12.30 PM
