Independence day commemorates the nation’s independence by paying homage to the leaders and the freedom fighters who laid down their lives for the nation.
To mark the spirit of belongingness, our yoginis performed a rhythmic Yoga dance, followed by a delightful gathering of some light refreshments.
So, let’s take pride in being a part of this wonderful country and move forward by aiming to keep it well maintained and protected. And, let us also make it a point to make our fitness and health a priority.
